Spirit animal message: mountain goat

Today’s messages call forth the need to dive deeply into ourselves to allow space for the “gunk” the “mess” the “darkness” to come forward. Today is about clearing out old feelings and thought patterns that we no longer need to carry. It’s time to adjust- to release- to find another way.
