Practicing mindfulness

The air has been thick with fear, unknowing and total disruption. These energies have left no one untouched. It is more important now than ever before for us to remember that we are divinity wrapping itself in and around human constructs and consciousness. Remember to practice mindfulness- breathing in- I know I am breathing in- breathing out- I smile to my eyes- for my eyes are alive in this moment. We are more than what is currently happening to us. Touch those places within you that incline towards peace- expand past your fears and anxieties- spend time allowing yourself space with compassion and kindness.
